Shady Acres
Shady Acres is a 86-unit multi-family HUD funded project that was built in Ardmore, OK. 5% of the total units meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standars (UFAS) per Sction 504 of the Rehabilitation Act which requires units to be fully accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. An additional 2% of the units are accessible for persons with hearing or vision impairments.
The budget for this project ws $7,038,000 which included a community safe room, on-site laundry facility, basketball court, and tot lot. The project was completed within its 11-month timeline.
